Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to own relationships with biopharma sponsors, manage regular reviews and delivery plans, and ensure sponsor satisfaction across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.

You will translate needs into clear plans and deliver progress reports and dashboards. Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years in client-facing healthcare roles, strong communication, and ownership mindset, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years in a sponsor- or client-facing role in healthcare or life sciences, owning the client relationship.
• Proven ability to lead client meetings and business reviews, manage expectations, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Strong executive presence and communication, including fluent English, handling urgent questions in real time and writing clear, precise follow-ups.
• High sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail, with strong reporting skills (CRM, Excel, Slides).
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of biopharma sponsor accounts, leading recurring calls, business reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor requests, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
• Translate sponsor goals into cross-functional delivery plans across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, and Marketing.
• Prepare audit-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for regular reviews; keep CRM data current.
• Support renewals by tracking milestones and demonstrating value delivered.
• Partner with Clinical Operations to surface quality and delivery signals affecting sponsor satisfaction.
