Job summary

The American Red Cross in Kentucky is seeking a Sponsorship & Donor Coordination Specialist to attract, manage and retain Sponsors and feeder groups to meet monthly, quarterly and annual blood drive goals.

You will schedule drives, coordinate with collections staff, and provide operational support to sponsor contacts to achieve annual goals while ensuring a positive donor experience. A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum one-year related experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Travel: May be required to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, manage and retain Sponsors and feeder groups to meet collection goals.
• Schedule Sponsors to ensure blood drives meet collection goals and coordinate with collections staff.
• Provide operational support to sponsor contacts to achieve annual goals and ensure positive donor experience.
• Maintain records and utilize ARCBS tools to track Sponsor group performance and compliance.
