Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a proactive contributor to support blood drive sponsorships and scheduling, ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals are met. You will coordinate with collections teams to deliver a positive sponsor and donor experience while maintaining accurate records and utilizing ARCBS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one-year related experience required or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement creative strategies to attract, manage and retain potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups to meet collection goals.
• Identify and apply methods to ensure efficient scheduling of blood drives to meet collection goals.
• Provide organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts to ensure achievement of collection goals.
• Coordinate activities with collections personnel to ensure a positive sponsor and donor experience and smooth operations.
