Job summary

The American Red Cross in Pennsylvania is seeking a fundraising and sponsorship coordinator to attract, manage, and retain Sponsors and feeder groups for blood drives to meet monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals. You will schedule drives, support sponsor contacts, ensure regulatory compliance, and help meet monthly, quarterly and annual collection goals.

Responsibilities include education program scheduling, collaboration with collections staff, and maintaining records to track sponsor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of related experience or equivalent.
• Good communication and presentation skills required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement strategies to attract, manage and retain Sponsors and feeder groups for blood drives to meet goals.
• Coordinate scheduling of blood drives by assigned Sponsors.
• Provide organizational support to sponsor contacts to ensure achievement of collection objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and use tools to track sponsor group performance and data.
