Job summary

Africa-New-Life-Ministries-International is seeking a Sponsorship Administrator to serve as the welcoming point of contact for partners and guests in the U.S. office.

You will provide initial support and care for sponsors and donors, including pledge management and donor communications. You will work with the Sponsorship Team to assist with seasonal projects and new initiatives, onboarding sponsors, and educating them about their role, while coordinating with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide sponsor support through education and engagement with partners and donors.
• Manage sponsor accounts and pledges, including recurring automatic pledges.
• Assist with recurring seasonal projects and new initiatives.
• Onboard new sponsors and educate sponsors on their role.
• Process and review sponsor letters and manage donor communications.
• Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
