Africa-New-Life-Ministries-International is seeking a Finance/Data Clerk to support the Operations department by processing financial data, managing accounts receivable and payable, and handling data management tasks.

The role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and database systems. You will work under the Finance Coordinator and contribute to accurate financial reporting and donor communications.

Qualificações

• Must have associate degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 1–3 years of related experience in accounting or data entry.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable encouraged.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Process donations and donor pledges, vendor invoices and payments.
• Reconcile donations and refunds between databases and AIS.
• Prepare analyses and reports to reconcile revenue sources and donation platforms.
• Prepare receipts for non-standard donations such as securities or non-cash contributions.
• Maintain daily reconciliation and resolve data errors.
