Job summary

• Experience in donor relations or fundraising is preferred.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of mid-level donors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stewardship strategies that clearly communicate the impact of donor support.
• Manage moves management plans for a portfolio of mid-level donors ($1,000-$4,999).
• Coordinate donor thank-you calls and donor appreciation efforts.
• Engage donors in meaningful conversations to understand motivations and goals.
• Track, monitor, and report on donor activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Development and Donor Prospect Analyst to identify donors for major gifts.
• Prepare donor profiles from prospect research to inform outreach.
• Maintain accurate donor records and activity notes across the Development team.
