AllianceBernstein is seeking a Sponsor Engagement & Product Implementation Manager to lead sponsor relationships and end-to-end onboarding of SMA products. You will partner with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Client Service, and Sales to shape requirements and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and ownership, with a focus on operational excellence in onboarding, support, and reporting for SMA products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product implementation, project management, or operations within asset management or financial services, preferably with SMA or similar products.
• Experience with InvestCloud APL and sponsor interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, RPA, or similar technologies in an operational context.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead sponsor engagement, building relationships with senior sponsor contacts and managing escalations.
• Oversee implementation of new SMA products, enhancements, and initiatives from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Client Service, and Sales to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Ensure operational processes, documentation, and systems support SMA products including account setup and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement leveraging technology and best practices.
• Maintain understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Foster a team-oriented, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
