Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. is seeking a Sponsor Engagement & Product Implementation Manager in San Antonio, TX.

You will serve as the primary contact for sponsor relationships, drive end-to-end SMA product implementations, and coordinate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Client Service, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate delivery. The role emphasizes partnership growth, operational excellence, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product implementation, project management, or operations within asset management or financial services, preferably with SMA or similar products.
• Experience with InvestCloud APL and sponsor interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience with AI, RPA, or similar technologies in an operational context.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsor engagement, building strong relationships with senior sponsor contacts and managing escalations.
• Own the end-to-end implementation of new SMA products and initiatives from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Client Service, and Sales to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitor progress, and address risks or issues.
• Ensure processes, documentation, and systems support SMA onboarding, trading, reconciliation, and reporting.
