Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years in relationship management, client success, account management, or project management.
• Proven success managing multiple client relationships and complex implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to explain technical or operational concepts.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 75 asset manager relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Lead the complete asset manager onboarding experience from agreement execution through platform launch.
• Coordinate implementation timelines across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
• Educate partners on platform capabilities, operational workflows, and model maintenance procedures.
• Manage onboarding documentation, pricing updates, and contractual workflows.
• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and Jira.
• Advocate for asset managers internally to influence product enhancements and process improvements.
