Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Senior SMA Business Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) platform. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Investments, Technology, and CRM Enablement to translate business needs into analytics, design, and implementation of tech solutions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, dashboard enhancements, and a roadmap-aligned planning process in a hybrid Seattle/NY environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, technology, project or product management, or strategic planning.
• Experience with financial markets and independently leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with CRM and financial software is a plus (Salesforce, SS&C Advent, Eze).

Responsibilities

• Independently scope, manage, and execute high-impact SMA initiatives across the platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on platform placements and custodian onboarding.
• Define requirements to enhance processes, infrastructure, and operations of the SMA platform.
• Engage external vendors for contracting and implementation of systems and enhancements.
