Job summary

Invesco seeks a Senior SMA Business Manager to drive growth of the Separately Managed Accounts platform. You will lead strategic initiatives, work with Investments, Technology, and CRM teams, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in investment management or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience in agile environments. Hybrid work model with time in Seattle offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, related graduate degree or certification a plus.
• 5+ years in investment management, technology, project or product management, or related experience.
• Experience with financial markets and separately managed accounts.
• Experience in an agile environment with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM/financial software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently scope, manage, and execute complex, high-impact initiatives across Invesco’s SMA Platform.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on business development opportunities and custodian onboardings.
• Define technical and functional requirements to enhance processes and infrastructure.
• Engage with external vendors for contracting and implementation of systems and enhancements.
• Drive dashboards, reporting, and KPIs to inform decisions and improve performance.
