Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Territory Director to lead and grow sales across a defined geographic region, working with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers to advance the Acera portfolio.

In this role, you will develop and execute territory business plans, provide compliant product demos and clinical support, and ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management while traveling up to 90% of the time within the sales territory and remotely within Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device or related sales.
• Or High School Diploma with 9+ years of related sales experience.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales in defined geographic territory.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
• Deliver product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support with forecasting and inventory management.
