Solventum, a new healthcare company with a rich legacy, seeks an Acera Territory Director in Spokane region. You will manage sales, build hospital relationships, and drive territory strategy to exceed revenue targets. You will deliver clinical demos and ensure accurate forecasting and inventory control across sites of care.

The role necessitates travel up to 90% and requires a valid driver’s license, a strong clinical acumen, and proven sales leadership in medical fields.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory with revenue/c growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including clinical education and account strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
• Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support with forecasting and inventory management.
• Meet driver policy, MVR checks, and company vehicle program requirements.
