Brooks Instrument, a division of ITW, seeks candidates for a Management Development Program at the Hatfield, PA headquarters to lead first- and second-shift teams manufacturing Vacuum and Pressure products. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with Lean and ISO familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or team-leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising across multiple shifts or split-shift schedule preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, visual management or related continuous improvement methods preferred.
• ISO 9001 or similar regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision for first- and second-shift employees.
• Coordinate handoffs between shifts and communicate production priorities.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity expectations are met.
• Lead daily management and gemba activities; review results and drive corrective actions.
• Support Lean ITW Toolbox and continuous improvement initiatives across production areas.
