Job summary

Brooks Instrument, LLC, headquartered in Hatfield, PA, seeks an Operations Administrator/Manufacturing Engineer to support vacuum and pressure production processes at the Hatfield facility. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve methods, documentation, and performance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires a engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, with familiarity in ISO 9001, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality-system environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for Vacuum and Pressure production processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, test systems, and documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot safety, quality, equipment, material, yield, and delivery issues with production teams.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and process instructions through design, testing, and collaboration with suppliers.
