Brooks Instrument, part of ITW, is seeking a Production Operations and Service Manager for its Hatfield, PA headquarters. You will lead first, second, and third shift Semi Thermal production and related service, repair, and failure-analysis functions, driving continuous improvement across multiple teams.
You will align production schedules with business goals, manage budgets, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize safety, quality, and delivery.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
- Seven years of manufacturing operations experience.
- Three years of direct people leadership across multiple shifts.
Mansioni
- Provide leadership across first-, second-, and third-shift Semi Thermal production operations.
- Oversee service, repair, calibration, and failure-analysis activities.
- Set priorities, staffing, schedules, and operating expectations across production and service.
- Ensure effective shift-to-shift communication and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor KPIs like safety, quality, delivery, labor, and productivity.
