Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a results-driven professional to lead spirits portfolio initiatives across on-premise and off-premise channels in the United States. You will collaborate with suppliers and customers to implement commercial plans and drive distribution, menu placements, and promotional activities.

The role emphasizes partnership with account teams to align priorities, deliver growth targets, and build expert knowledge on spirits programs and market activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline across the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features and back-bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities and customer needs.
• Serve as a spirits expert and create education and training programs for the market, coordinating with supplier leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related field

High School Diploma/ GED with 5+ years experience
