Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory-level sales planning and execution to meet revenue goals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts.
• Drive distribution, sales volume, and brand visibility in the territory.
• Conduct daily customer visits and provide follow-up for satisfaction.
• Monitor pricing, merchandising, and inventory across the territory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and TABC regulations.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to hit targets.
• Represent the company with professionalism and deliver strong customer experiences.
