Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Texas is seeking a field sales professional to manage the spirits portfolio and grow key on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will partner with suppliers and customers to execute seasonal commercial plans, drive distribution, and train teams on spirits programs. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4+ years of related experience, or HS diploma/GED with 6–7+ years of specific experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and build key accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by implementing monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements.
• Collaborate with account reps to align priorities and customer needs.
• Act as a spirits expert, develop programs, and train staff; coordinate with supplier leadership on market activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
