Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC in the Sonoma/North Bay area is seeking a Spirits Specialist to support sales efforts and raise visibility of brands across on-premise and off-premise accounts in Sonoma, Napa, Sacramento, and the Sierra Foothills including Tahoe.

You will deliver samples, run in-store tastings, lead consumer events, educate teams, and analyze data to inform strategy while maintaining strong account relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in alcohol beverage sales, hospitality, culinary, or distribution.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and passion for hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives by promoting and selling spirits brands.
• Deliver samples and execute in-store tastings.
• Lead consumer events in partnership with accounts.
• Collaborate with brand and sales managers on market activities.
• Assist in research and development of cocktail programs.
