TEAM, an award-winning experiential marketing agency, seeks a full-time brand field representative in Atlanta to drive distributor visibility, manage accounts, and execute tastings that boost sales across premium spirits brands. You will build relationships with retailers, plan displays, and monitor market trends to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in fast-paced retail environments.
• Proven relationship-building skills with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly KPIs across off-premise accounts to drive distribution, visibility, and sales of Patrón, Grey Goose, and D’USSÉ.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff to increase brand advocacy and sales.
• Identify opportunities to increase volume through expanded SKU distribution, feature displays, promotions, and upselling.
• Monitor market conditions and consumer trends; provide actionable insights to support growth.
• Merchandise accounts with impactful displays, shelf visibility, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with distributors and local client teams to maximize performance.
• Manage territory, schedule, budget, and resources to achieve monthly KPIs.
• Plan and execute tastings and sampling events to drive sales and engagement.
• Submit timely activity recaps and weekly priority summaries.
