Job summary

Creature Comforts Brewing Company seeks an experienced Spirits Sales Manager to drive growth across Georgia and South Carolina. Based in Atlanta, you will lead territory plans, build key account relationships, educate partners, and manage distributor programs to maximize placements in bars, restaurants, retailers, and events.

You will coordinate launches, train distributors, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while reporting progress to the Senior Director.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of spirits sales experience with a supplier, distributor, or as a brand ambassador.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, cocktail history, and spirits production across categories.
• Experience launching new spirits brands or small-batch and limited releases is a strong plus.
• Established relationships in the Atlanta bar and restaurant community strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Georgia and South Carolina alcohol regulations, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Confident presenter, able to engage small and large groups; strong communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to build structure for a new sales function.
• Industry certifications (BAR, WSET, CSS, or similar) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own GA/SC sales plan to hit annual targets and report progress.
• Prioritize Atlanta, Savannah, and Charleston; adjust time and investment as needed.
• Maintain a prioritized target account list per market.
• Lead in-market launches of new spirits with sell-in plans and distributor education.
• Train distributor reps on spirits, applications, and selling stories.
• Own day-to-day spirits management with distributors and partners.
• Coordinate POs, load-ins, and launch timing with production and finance teams.
• Develop on-premise and off-premise placements and events; manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia and South Carolina alcohol laws and track results.
