Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, a leading education-led marketing agency, seeks a driven professional to optimize the commercial performance of client brands across on/off premise accounts in Montana. You will plan, execute and evaluate field activities, manage in-store displays, and drive growth through data-driven engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in beverage/alcohol with strong communication, planning, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CPG industry or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in beverage alcohol industry/hospitality preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to tailor messaging for on/off premise environments.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of time, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with regulatory environment in Montana related to Beverage Alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of client brands in designated accounts; develop a journey plan and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to plan, design, and execute activities driving sales growth.
• Spot and propose brand activations and in-store opportunities; manage POS materials and displays.
• Plan and participate in in-store/bar experiences and education events.
• Maintain strong communication with client and agency stakeholders and ensure inventory and OOS issues are managed.
