Job summary

Andrews Distributing seeks a Spirits Allocations Analyst I to manage allocation processes for beer and spirits brands across multiple accounts and regions. You will analyze historical sales, monitor inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Finance to optimize allocation strategies.

The role emphasizes governance, data storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment. Experience with ERP and advanced Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue management, or related analytics role preferred.
• Experience with inventory or allocation planning is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to set up new allocations and item distributions.
• Manage allocation models for limited or highly allocated SKUs and input allocations into ERP.
• Monitor inventory positions, inbound supply, depletion rates, and identify risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Brand, and Finance to align allocation with revenue and margin forecasts.
• Create dashboards and reports showing allocation vs depletion, inventory health, and exception trends.
