Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Category Management Space Planning, preferably in CPG or Adult Beverage categories.
• Strong technical capabilities with space planning software (JDA and/or Shelf IQ) and syndicated data sources.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
• Advanced computer skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to connect insight to actionable store execution.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to support objectives, goals and outcomes.
• Implement planogram recommendations to increase efficiency & conversion, improve shopability and space to sales optimization utilizing JDA and Shelf IQ technology.
• Support regular reporting to highlight performance and growth opportunities.
• Use various data sources including syndicated data, retailer POS, planogram data.
• Assume ownership of assigned tools, processes, and tasks.
