Job summary

Andrews Distributing, a leading beer and spirits distributor in Texas, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage PO, Freight, and Non-PO invoices and to ensure timely, accurate vendor payments. The role supports the AP cycle, 1099/W-9 data maintenance, and vendor statement reconciliations in Medius and Workday.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years AP experience, strong Excel skills, and an eye for detail, with opportunities to influence process improvements across the AP function.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• MS Excel experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Medius, Workday and eoStar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the AP mailbox and route invoices.
• Process PO invoices in Medius with 3-way match.
• Process PO Freight invoices in Medius with 3-way match.
• Process Non-PO invoices in Medius.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile company credit card statements and payments.
• Maintain accurate vendor records including 1099/W-9 data.
