Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years inventory management, distribution, or market experience.
• Forklift certification and safe operation knowledge.
• General understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the distribution center (DC) team in coordination with DC Manager.
• Maintain security and condition of inventory and merchandise.
• Oversee product handling to minimize damage and preserve quality.
• Verify inventory by physical counts and ensure proper rotation.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and training for DC staff.
• Assist with training, space utilization, and process improvements.
