Job summary

Andrews Distributing is seeking a Spirits Allocations Analyst I to support product and order management, allocation modeling, and distribution across accounts and regions. You will work with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to align allocations with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, risk identification, and transparent governance of allocation rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, Demand Planning, or a similar analytics role.
• Experience with inventory or allocation planning.
• Advanced MS Office experience (Excel: VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data connections, PowerPivot/PowerQuery, macros).
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinates with Brand team and Supply Chain on availability and timing.
• Supports Finance with allocation assumptions tied to revenue and margin forecasts.
