Bacardi Limited in Long Island, NY is looking for an ambitious activation manager to drive growth across designated on-premise accounts. You will build relationships, develop customer strategies, and lead promotional programming with strong execution in the field.

You will manage budgets, train bar staff on our portfolio, and report progress while collaborating with the team to deliver year-over-year growth across venues and events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Spirits/Beverage industry.
• Strong relationship management with a consumer-first approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Organized, independent thinker, multitasker, professional ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and strengthen key on-premise accounts within territory.
• Submit activity reports with KPI progress in proprietary reporting tool.
• Participate in market commercial planning and team meetings.
• Manage T&E and activation budgets.
• Execute activities to drive sales and train bar staff on our products.
• Lead meetings with on-premise accounts to grow volumes.
• Meet sales objectives including account management, new distribution, drink features.
• Aim for year-over-year growth and KPI attainment.
• Be visible at local events and participate in national initiatives.
• Participate in promotions and events, evenings or weekends.
• Stay informed of trends and develop programs accordingly.
• Provide market and competitive updates to supervisor.
• Based in Long Island, NY.
