Job summary

Strategic Group is seeking an Activated Specialist for High Noon and Lucky One to drive growth across a 45–50 account territory. You will educate bartenders, optimize on-premise branding, and host tastings to convert interest into trials while building strong relationships with bar managers and distributors.

You will also monitor market conditions, document competitive activity, and provide insights to improve regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience in marketing or sales in Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency
• Strong understanding of local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics
• Willingness to travel up to 10% plus local market travel 100% of the time

Responsibilities

• Educate bar staff and build relationships with accounts to drive High Noon and Lucky One sales
• Ensure brand visibility and POS materials are placed effectively in accounts
• Engage customers through tastings, storytelling, and sampling events to drive trial
• Collect market insights and report trends and competitive activity to management
