Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Florida is seeking a sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and grow key on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans, expand distribution, and develop spirits programs and training for the market while coordinating with supplier leadership to prioritize activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Spirits portfolio sales by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and key accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.
• Increase net core brand distribution above baseline in the assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Collaborate with account reps to align priorities and customer needs.
• Act as a spirits expert, creating programs, education, and training, coordinating with supplier leadership to prioritize activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
