Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Houston, TX seeks a sales professional to drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.

You will work to achieve distribution and revenue goals, promote products through promotions and features, maintain strong communication with account teams, and share spirits program education and training. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4+ years of related experience or HS diploma/GED with 6-7+ years of experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance with minimum state coverage levels.

Responsibilities

• Drives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiatives.
• Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers.
• Coordinate with account representatives to ensure priorities and customer needs are communicated.
• Act as a spirits expert in creating programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership.
• Other duties as assigned

Education
