SI-BONE, Inc is seeking a Territory Manager for the West Raleigh area to drive sales of the iFuse system in a fast-growing medical device company. You will manage the territory, lead and train surgeons, and coordinate hospital-based education to expand patient access.

The role emphasizes building relationships with spine surgeons, achieving regional goals, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales territory management within a medical device company.
• Experience with orthopedics/spine is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Reports to Regional Sales Director and manages the specified territory.
• Provide leadership to achieve company goals and quotas.
• Target, train, and schedule cases with spine surgeons for iFuse implants.
• Coordinate training of local surgeons and hospital staff.
• Meet with key opinion leaders to drive adoption of SI-BONE products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Code of Conduct.
