Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to drive orders across the territory, working remotely within the U.S. and traveling to accounts as needed. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to meet sales quotas.

The CST spine portfolio focuses on implants, navigation, and robotics, with opportunities to advance through product and sales training while supporting patient outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience, or an associate’s degree with 2+ years, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders for spinal products and represent Medtronic according to policy.
• Territory case coverage and account management within the assigned region.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed.
