Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative I, Spine to solicit orders and represent Medtronic Spinal products across the assigned territory. This remote role requires residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts.

The position emphasizes inventory control, account management, and meeting sales quotas while collaborating with Spine Sales Representatives II. A valid driver’s license is essential, with occasional travel outside the territory.

Qualifications

• Must have: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders and sell Medtronic Spinal products in assigned territory.
• Maintain, manage and track consignments and loaner inventory.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers and seek new customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quota and participate in sales meetings and training programs.
