Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Sales Representative I, Spine for Asheville, NC, to drive orders for spinal products in the assigned territory. This remote role requires residence in the territory and travel to multiple accounts, with a valid driver’s license.

You will manage consignments, pursue new customers, and report activities to the District Sales Manager, while meeting sales quotas in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience or Associate’s with 2+ years or Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Ability to work in an operating room setting; OR/spine experience preferred; flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Solicit orders and represent Medtronic Spinal products in the assigned area.
• Maintain inventory, case coverage, and drive to multiple accounts.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
• Identify selling opportunities and develop plans with the District Sales Manager.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and travel as required; work weekends/evenings when needed.
