Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales. In this field-based role you will support experienced Sales Representatives, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the territory while engaging with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer sites and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
