Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Sarasota, FL to support territory growth and work alongside an experienced Sales Representative. You will assist with clinical procedures, engage with healthcare professionals, and contribute to account development while gaining exposure to sales and clinical environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
• Experience in outside sales or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
