Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth and customer engagement in medical device sales. You will assist with account management, product evaluations, and clinical procedures, collaborating with experienced reps to build skills and drive patient outcomes.

This field-based role offers exposure to OR and clinical settings, with strong growth potential in a global medical technology leader. A bachelor's degree and driving willingness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Experience in outside sales or field sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
