Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support healthcare professionals, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the territory. This field-based role offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management as a stepping stone to a long-term sales career.

You will work with an experienced Sales Representative, travel within the territory up to 20%, and participate in product training to educate surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in OR, office, and procedural settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians to ensure proper use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and support account development.
