Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in Orthopaedics, is seeking a Hospital Operations Specialist – Spine to enhance commercial execution, optimize inventory, and support field readiness across geographies. Remote East Coast or West Coast options, with case-by-case approval.

You will partner with Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deploy assets, reduce excess inventory, and enable scalable growth while driving dashboards in Power BI and SAP transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize inventory levels and support growth initiatives.
• Lead inventory optimization efforts including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.
• Drive asset redeployment initiatives including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory.
• Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Support new product introductions and field conversions with proper asset allocation.
• Execute system transactions in SAP or equivalent systems to support asset movement.
• Manage field support requests and resolve inventory-related issues impacting case coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Drive change management and adoption of inventory strategies.
