Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hospital Operations Specialist – Spine to optimize inventory deployment and asset utilization across Spine operations. The role partners with Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure the right instrumentation and implants are available to meet procedural demand and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales to optimize inventory levels and support growth.
• Lead set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.
• Drive asset redeployment including pullbacks and redistribution.
• Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Support new product introductions with proper asset allocation.
• Execute SAP transactions to move assets.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
