Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hospital Operations Specialist – Spine to optimize inventory deployment and support Spine procedural demand across East/West regions. This field-based role collaborates with Field Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure asset readiness and efficient case coverage.

You will analyze data, manage trunk stock and PAR levels, and support new product introductions while leveraging SAP for asset movements. Strong Excel skills and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years in Hospital Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize inventory levels and support growth initiatives.
• Lead inventory optimization efforts including set balancing, trunk stock reduction, and PAR alignment.
• Drive asset redeployment initiatives including pullbacks, reallocation, and redistribution of inventory.
• Analyze inventory and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Support new product introductions and field conversions with proper asset allocation.
• Execute system transactions in SAP or equivalent systems to support asset movement.
• Manage field support requests and resolve inventory-related issues impacting case coverage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Support development of dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Drive change management and adoption of inventory strategies.
