Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Spine Enabling Tech Associate Sales Representative to promote and sell Enabling Tech products, meeting customer needs in a fast-paced medical environment.

You will conduct product evaluations, track progress, and solve product issues on-site with clinicians, while maintaining inventory and supporting customers. Growth opportunities include covering open territories and advancing your sales career within Stryker.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating value of our products.
• Systematically tracking territory progress and communicating findings with Regional Manager and Sales Representatives to exceed goals.
• Onsite with clients, use product knowledge to solve problems and inform doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Enjoy fast-paced sales and selling Stryker products that improve healthcare.
• May be asked to cover open territories to grow responsibilities.
