Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to begin a career in medical device sales. You will support experienced reps, assist with clinical procedures, and help grow the assigned territory while engaging healthcare professionals and patients.

The role offers field-based exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management, building a foundation for long-term development in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR and office-based settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use and positive experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development.
