Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International has a wonderful opportunity for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ohio. This full-time role supports inpatient long-term and skilled nursing facilities with a strong rehabilitation leadership structure and a flexible schedule.

CFY new grads are considered with mentorship available. Master’s degree in speech-language pathology and ASHA CCC certification are required, with additional compensation for specific certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an approved program.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Ohio at start date.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• CFY candidate or new grad seeking mentorship is considered.
• Additional compensation for certifications in Vital Stem, SEES, Big and Loud.

Responsibilities

• Work with nursing assistants on restorative programs in inpatient long-term care and skilled nursing facilities.
• Report to a Director of Rehabilitation and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Provide patient-centered speech-language pathology services across clinical settings.

Healthcare system treats patients with skilled nursing, assisted living and LTC facilities. SPL are encouraged to join this exceptional medical staff treat patients in any one of our clinical settings. Organization is solid with an excellent reputation. SLP reports to a Director of Rehabilitation and works with nursing assistants on the restorative programs. Great for a SPL who is looking for a full-time flexible schedule.

Requires licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio upon start date. Will consider a CFY new grad seeking mentorship program. Master’s degree from approved program of speech, hearing science and language development facility. Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association. Additional compensation for those holding certifications in Vital Stem, SEES, Big and Loud.

Compensation range up to 105K depending on exp. plus 10K sign on. 3 weeks PTO plus federal holidays. Exceptional medical, dental, vision and 401(k) with additional insurances.
