Overview
Excellent opportunity for a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join an exceptional healthcare system. Our healthcare system consists of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. We seek an SPL who enjoys collaborating with medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and works with nursing assistants and medical staff for restorative programs.
- Coordinates patient care with members of the rehab department.
- Excellent for new grads; mentorship and training available. Flexible full-time schedule for providers.
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio upon start date.
- Master’s degree from an approved program of speech, hearing science and language development.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
- Additional certifications in Vital Stem, FEES, Big and Loud are a plus.
- Ideal candidate has experience with geriatric and SNF settings; will consider and train new graduates seeking residency.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation up to $105,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on. Additional compensation for those holding certifications. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k). 3 weeks of PTO plus federal holidays. Benefits package includes a flex schedule.
