Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for inpatient skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Western Ohio. The role supports rehabilitation programs and collaborates with nursing staff in various clinical settings.

CFY candidates seeking mentorship are encouraged. A Master’s degree and ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility are required, with compensation up to $100K plus a $10K sign-on, and a strong benefits package. Location is Troy, Ohio.

Wonderful opportunity for a Licensed Speech Pathologist or CFY candidate to join an exceptional healthcare system with facilities throughout Western Ohio. Healthcare system treats patients in skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities. SPL are encouraged to join an exceptional medical staff treat patients in any one of our clinical settings. Organization is solid with an excellent reputation. SLP reports to the facility Director of Rehabilitation and works with nursing assistants on the restorative programs. Great for a SPL that is looking for a full-time flexible schedule.

Requires licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio upon start date. Will consider a CFY new grad seeking mentorship program. Master’s degree from approved program of speech, hearing science and language development, Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language-Hearing Association. Additional compensation for those holding certifications in Vital Stem, SEES, Big and Loud.

Compensation up to 100K depending on exp. plus 10K sign on. 3 weeks PTO plus federal holidays. Great medical, dental, vision and 401(k) with additional insurance.
