Job summary

South Creek Post Acute seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans and provide therapy per physician orders, collaborating with the care team to drive functional outcomes.

License in WA required; Master’s in SLP; CCC-SLP preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington.
  • CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.
  • Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress.

$45-55 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care
